Reviews not showing Verified Buyer

I have the newest 3dCart which includes the option to display "verified buyer" as part of customer's reviews.

I am having problems in that not all reviews that should say "verified buyer" say that. I can go back and see that the review includes the exact same e-mail address as the customer's order. I believe that is how the verified buyer determination is supposed to work, but I could be wrong.

Can anyone shed some light on how that is supposed to work and how to troubleshoot?

• Verified Buyers
  Reviews will only be shown for verified buyers of the product being reviewed. The store will use the customer's email address and compare it with orders for the item to determine if they are verified buyers.

If it isn't working as intended, that is, you have a review from a user who purchased an item, and it doesn't say verified next to him/her, or the opposite, i would go ahead and place a ticket for support to review it.
