Save options as a template from product?

Is there any way to save a created option page on a product as a template? I just finished some extensive option modifications on a product, sit back and wished I had done it o a template so I cuold apply the masterpiece options again.

I've done a bunch of tinkering with options and unfortunately, I don't see any way to do this. Some masterpieces are worth re-creating :)
