Product Search By Dollar Amount

We offer free shipping with orders of $99.00. I would like to create a pop-up that gives a few options to search by dollar amount, ie 0-20.00, 20-30.00 etc. Can 3dcart do a product search like that, if so can anyone help with the coding so I can create links?

Go to Settings - Display Options. Follow the Edit Settings link.
