How to turn off sales data displaying on dashboard for some users?

Would anybody know how to turn off the sales data and graphs that details our sales from appearing when users log in?
It's not something I think should be splashed about for everyone to see. It was turned off but after the update 8.2 has been applied it has appeared again for our users!
Not having any luck with support unfortunately.
Users do not have Admin permissions turned on
They also have Marketing, Business, Sales reports turned off as well as statistics.

FabricPixie We can look into this for you to confirm the correct permissions. Do you have a ticket opened with the support team that I can look at? I tested a user in my store with just having the webmaster permissions enabled and the sales statistics didn't show? Support will need to know the user and the current permissions enabled for that user.
