Server issues

Can't access admin page ... no response from support .. it's loading now for 5 minutes .. orders waiting, great weekend start.
Since our store is updated to 9.04 everything went downhill .... god ..

3dcart-William support was able to tweak something and now admin side is working as suppose to ..huh , we were in the middle of promo campaign utilizing new feature with direct discount link from email ..it's working great, so far response is very positive, simple and clean way to use coupons ...
