Adding Third Party SSL

Hello,

I purchased the GeoTrust QuickSSL from SSL2BUY.com. I want to add this SSL to my website on 3dCart. On the SSL2BUY website they ask for a CSR code from 3dcart. Does anyone know how to get this code? I have contacted 3dCart through the chat but they take about 2 days just to response. We have been going back and forth but no forward progress. Would appreciate the help!!

3dCart has to do this. Not sure if you're aware, but since you made the purchase from a 3rd party you have to use this service: https://mywebmaster.3dcart.com/3rd-p...l-install.html

If you purchase the SSL's through 3dCart it has the installation included.

Thanks for the direction.. I went ahead and purchased the SSL installation. 3dCart sent me the CSR code and I got the SSL verified. After the SSL was verified GeoTrust sent me the GeoTrust QuickSSL Premium Web server certificate code. I am no sure were to install this on the 3dCart platform files?

You need to send the SSL cert to 3dCart to install. They should've explained this to you...
