Background Color Problem

Hello.

I am working on bustoration.com The white framed area will not change colors. I can inspect the page and find the place to change it. I am not sure if I need to add something to the default_modified file or where I need to change something.

Does anyone have a suggestion?

I don't see any white area... everything looks green. Perhaps you need to clear your browsers cache.
