I have enabled the Bonus Rewards for Creating an account, writing reviews, etc. However, it seems like customers are writing reviews and the bonus points are not for some reason being credited to their account - -is this perhaps because they are not signed in when writing the review? the other thing I notice is that the link in the follow up email to ask for reviews takes them to the Product Page and then they have to click on "Write a Review" - should not the link take them directly to a review page for the product?
