Can you set up ACH/eCheck transactions?

I'm using the "Payments Gateway-Secure Web Pay (SWP)" payment method, which I know can process both credit card and eCheck transactions, but when I check out in 3dCart, the only option I have is credit card.

Is it possible to do eCheck/ACH transactions using that payment method?
