RMA instructions email - label print for customers?

I saw this code while upgrading some system emails. I can't find any details on the 3dcart support site. Does anyone know anything about this? Are these pre-paid labels? There's no preview button on this particular email so I can't see what it looks like.

I noticed this also, however I use ShipConnect for shipments and all return labels are processed there. I removed that code from the emails. Since we cannot preview it I do not want any customer confusion, I have simply added the information that another email will come with the shipping return label.
