Deleted picture??

When i delete a item from Admin panel does it also delete the .jpg image and .jpg icon associated whit it??

Also is there a way do make a scan and see unused image, so i can then delete them ?

No, you would have to manually delete the image.

I am not aware of any way to run a report that tells you what images are being used. I guess you could get fancy with some sort of product export then strip out the path for the image (assuming you can get linked images listed in a product export) and then compare this to a list of images in your folder on the server.

Anyone have a way of dealing with this other than being diligent about deleting images when removing products?
