  • Not Notified of Scheduled Maintenance

    We are currently experiencing a 500 server error with our connection from ShipStation to 3dCart. On the phone with Tech Support now and being told they are aware of this and it is part of "scheduled maintenance"...

    1. Why weren't we informed of the maintenance ahead of time so we could prepare?
    2. Why is there no ETA for completion?
    3. Why are we doing this in the middle of the day?

    Cannot import orders into shipping partner, effectively grinding the operation to a halt!

        We are down as well. Scheduled Maintenance in the middle of the morning. Really......wow. Decisions like this that really make you question who is actually scheduling these things and their thought process behind it....... And the notification that they were doing scheduled maintenance and we would be off line was where?.........

            we are also experiencing the issue with 3dcart not connecting to shipstation and unable to update orders into shipstation platform - any idea on when they will be connected again?

                not sure this is maintenance - we have another email service provider and their entire email system is down. Looking like internet trunk or something bigger then 3dcart is causing the issue.

                  Happened last month too. Definitely something on the 3dc side with the api's last time.

                    I came here to post to see if anyone else was having this issue (had it last month and some mornings) and I see I am currently not alone.
