We are currently experiencing a 500 server error with our connection from ShipStation to 3dCart. On the phone with Tech Support now and being told they are aware of this and it is part of "scheduled maintenance"...
1. Why weren't we informed of the maintenance ahead of time so we could prepare?
2. Why is there no ETA for completion?
3. Why are we doing this in the middle of the day?
Cannot import orders into shipping partner, effectively grinding the operation to a halt!
