    3dcart-William just told us to unplug it and plug it back in and see if that works...

    That doesn't work...your support agent just hung up on me, because I wasn't happy with "be patient and wait for us to resolve it"...

    Yesterday we were told a couple of hours, last night we were notified of a fix being rolled out, 12 hours later and still nothing!

      Manually exporting orders out of 3dcart using .csv and importing them into shipstation. Very slow going and then once shipping label is created manually copying tracking number from either usps or ups and then going back to 3dcart. Once there going from orders page to processing orders page where the tracking numbers have to be copied back in and order order updated to shipped. We are doing the tracking numbers 1 by 1 and not doing any type of export back into 3dcart with these so this takes time.

      Today is reminding me of using AOL as copying and pasting is pretty slow. Certainly hope a fix is figured out soon.

      Does this have anything to do with having a core theme or html5 theme - guessing that does not matter??? Wondering if update went out to everyone or just certain themes? We just went to a core theme hoping this would take care of glitches that were happening when updates occurred.

        sort of funny just received reply back from 3dcart FB page and they told me to check this page for any issues - https://status.3dcart.com/ My question was why no type of issue is mentioned on the 3dcart status page as I am well aware of the status page and where I checked first prior to coming to the forum page.

        I swear nobody reads anymore. if you go to status page it looks like everything is fine. 3dcart needs to do a much better job updating the status page so folks know there is an issue and that they are aware of it and handling it. Frustrated

          Anyone had this resolved yet? I've been told twice now it was fixed and it is not for our store.

            We are still down.......but it MUST be a mistake as the 3d cart status says everything is smooth sailing..........

                3dCart does not want people to know that they have issues, so unless it is a global problem, it likely won't show up on the Status page...

                  Here's a crazy thing - in addition to 3dcart/shipstation issue - we have another outside email we've used for 25 years. It was down yesterday and came back up for a few hours - then about 2 hours ago it is also completely down AGAIN. Is this a much larger issue happening on the internet right now?

                        We received word from our developers that a fix was pushed out recently and should resolve the issue global for all store. If you are still having issues please provide your ticket id and the error you're currently viewing and I will get it looked into further. Thanks!
