    3dcart/shipstation integration down since yesterday around 1pm EST or so ticket number VSN-764-90930. No error code that I can see the dial just keeps spinning at shipstation unable to retrieve anything from 3dcart.

    Finally got an error code on shipstation which is attached

      It appears whatever was fixed just broke something else. I cannot go 2 days without shipping orders. I really hope this is fixed.

        We are exporting our orders out of 3dcart using .csv download - then going into shipstation and clicking "other actions" and importing the orders. Tricky part is aligning the categories the 1st time and then give it a name. So the next time you import your .csv file into shipstation you can simply pick your saved mapping info. from the previous time (make sure you give it a name) so you can select it. After you ship your orders you then have to make sure to update your tracking info. back into 3dcart (we do this manually) which is a pain but better then nothing right now.

          If you created yet a second fix that hasn’t worked for anyone on this thread, stop calling them fixes. On top of our ability to ship products being compromised this us also broke our connection to other REST API partners such as Klaviyo and Godatafeed.

          As merchants we expected fully vetted and tested upgrades before you roll things out that compromise our ability to run our businesses.

            Just received this, our Dev site is running 11.0.1 and our main site is 11.0.1, looks like they are getting it resolved!

              could everyone post when API is working again for you - still not working for us. Shipstation still just spinning.

              Received this email about 1 hour ago - sounds just like the 1st email we received last night.

              "Hello,

              We apologize for any delay. A update has been rolled out by our developers to correct this shortly. You can test this and let us know if you experience any issues."

                Well now I am not getting an errors - it is just sitting there spinning and spinning saying importing orders.

                  Both of our sites are now up...did you try disconnecting and reconnecting? I do believe that they are applying fixes to one server at a time and...our dev site started working 15 min before our main.

                      I cleared our google cache and then logged into both shipstation and 3dcart - hoping it comes back up tonight as still spinning and have to close out of shipstation so it doesn't continue to simply spin.

                      My concern is now this - what will happen going forward if some of us have different fixes?? Future updates cause issues if some of us have different patches??

                        Mine still doing the same thing - Doesnt seem to be a very good fix.

                            A huge shout out to 3dCart for shutting us down for a couple days, telling us multiple times a fix has been done and all should be fine and here we are still with nothing. Great feeling going to bed not knowing if another day of not filling orders is ahead.

                              Can we undo the update - get rid of all the blue coloring so everything works again? Also why does status page state everything resolved a few hours ago??

                                Well same bulls*** when I wake up this morning - still nothing. 2 days this has been down - and their website says the issue has been resolved. No update on my ticket. This is unexpectable.
