Another META Tag question

When using the meta tag wizard, it gives you the Robots Index options:

"Exclude Tag"
"All"
"Index, Follow"
"Index, No Follow"
"No Index, No Follow"
"No Index, Follow"

What are these options and which should I choose?

Robots Index, Follow options?

Hi there. Where do you find this? Under the Meta Name I do not see anything that gives me this option.

This is obsolete information. The Robots.txt file is now controlled directly.
