from
/admin/plugins.asp?plugin=internationalcheckout
found at plugins>fulfillment>international checkout in the merchant store admin
panel, the learn more and signup button takes you to
http://www.3dcart.com/international-...pping-cart.htm
which has no way to learn more (repeat of description on previous page)
nor any way to sign up!

please advise
