Propay Hanging on Credit Card Processing

This has happened several times including to me during testing....after putting in CC info, the screen goes black and a dialog box says processing....it will sit there forever and never complete. I end up with an uncompleted order in my 3dcart orders list. The customer doesn't get charged but unfortunately I've lost a few sales over this along with some concern as to what is happening.

I put a ticket into support the last time and they said it might be a cache issue. Just put in another. I can use propay to process cards from my iPhone as well as via their online interface without issues so I think it's a problem with the 3dcart propay gateway.

Anyone else experience this and if so, did you find a solution?

Yes to the problems, no to a solution, although I can process via their online interface. Been taking payment by phone for a couple days

I had a customer report this too. We use Authorize.net .
The processing screen just goes on and on and the order never finalize.

Thanks for the replies....still waiting to hear back from support....usually they are pretty quick so many they're on to something. Will update if I find out more.
