Anybody using Moneris as their payment gateway? We're using their eSelectPlus system to handle all online orders. Trouble is, I just had an order come through which I believe may be fraudulent. I had a weird feeling so I logged in to eSelect and noticed that the avs (address verification) came up as a no match.
After hours of phone calls, it seems there's no way their system can deny a transaction when address isn't verified. Stupid system frankly.
I checked my order in 3dcart and I see:
Authorization Code: Approval: 10181/16/2014 1:20:06 PM | TRXID:(trans_id) | AVS: | CVV2:
There's no data received for AVS and CVV.
Does anybody know anything about this?
