We had an issue about a month ago where 3dcart suddenly would not communicate properly with our payment process giving a 103 error. We submitted a ticket and the issue was resolved the next day with the following message:
"We do apologize for the issues you have been experiencing with your web site. Our server administrators have made some adjustments to your store that should resolve this issue. We ran a test transaction that received the expected declined response from the credit card processor"
We are now having the same issue again, however this time our ticket submitted on 7/24 has not been addressed. This will be the 5th day we have been unable to process credit card transaction. Luckily Paypal transactions are still functioning but we have definitely taken a hit and had some upset customers..
