I don't think this is the first time, but had a customer this morning try to place an order using a credit card and received a declined message. I tried it in 3dCart using Virtual Terminal and got the same message. PayFlow Pro did show the Declined transaction. However, when I used the Virtual Terminal in PayFlow Pro the transaction was successful. So something in 3dCart is causing credit cards to be declined that they aren't when done directly via payment processor. Anyone else seen this? Have a clue?

Search "10759"
Says "The transaction was declined by PayPal. Contact PayPal for more information."
Maybe they can tell you the exact cause of this.

I have had and continue to have occasional similar problems with Authorize.net.
These two issues contributed to the problem, maybe they also relate to Payflow.
1. The 3dcart system saves the customer card info even if they did not have an account. If some info was entered wrong the first time, that saved info could be sent to the processor on re-submission.
2. At least with Auth.net, if the CVV2 was entered wrong, there was a 2 minutes waiting period before a new CVV2 can be submitted. We had 3dcart add code to cut this waiting period down.

Had this happen again -- it doesn't make sense that a credit card is declined in our storefront but is able to be processed just fine using the payment processor's virtual terminal. I would like someone -- 3dcart-Victor perhaps -- -to address this issue.
