Just wondering how others are handling when a customer calls or emails to add items to an order and then running an additional charge to their credit card. 3dCart will not allow you to run another charge with the same Order ID. I'm having to log into my merchant account and use the virtual terminal there. Am I missing something?

We use the virtual terminal on the admin. side of 3DCart with no issues. -
Most of the time - not all - when I try that I get a message "0 19 - Original transaction ID not found"

Maybe put a ticket in? Could it be a processor issue?
