Recently I have noticed that when I take a phone order and try to use a valid saved credit card it is declined - and it is being declined by 3dCart as there is no record at my merchant bank. But if I get the card info from the customer and enter it as a new card - everything being the same -- it goes through. Anyone else seeing this? What is going on? I'm not sure if customers on the front end are seeing the same issue, I do know a couple of customers have reported issues with using their saved credit cards but not sure if they try to reneter it or use another one.

We are also experiencing this quite a bit. Some type of response about the token no longer being good. Id say it happens 15% of the time with customer credit cards that were saved on file. Initially I was going back to Authorize.net until we realized the charge/query is not even making it to them....

Found out this apparently happens when a credit card token has expired -- merchant bank only keeps information for about a year.Joe Arbogast
