Sitemaps Upload Help

We have been with 3d cart for about a month now. I have a question about sitemaps. We have gone thru and put in all the older links to 301 redirects and that seems to be going ok now - we get about 20 different crawl errors a day, but we go in and take care of the new ones each morning, its now down to about 10 a day.

My question is, how do we upload a sitemap here? On our old service, we used google webmaster xml sitemap generator and uploaded it to our sitemap.xml files - is that the same with 3d cart?

We are desperate here. We have dropped from page 2 on google and are now on page 12.

There is a built in site map. See:

There is nothing stopping you from generating your own and uploading it either.
