Help, please. My site also has the same issues as (TractorUP). I am also using 3dcart's mobile template. My site has been losing sales over the last few weeks, not sure if it has anything to do with this but I can't afford to lose more. Sometimes I just hate GOOGLE!!! (well, more than sometimes I think!) Pages with errors - Viewport not configured - 488 Small font size - 488 Touch elements too close - 485 Content not sized to viewport Flash usage usability error

According to Google We all need to have a responsive template( mobile ready) that passes google test by April 21. I have several good links listed below for all to read. http://googlewebmastercentral.blogsp...ly-search.html

And.... if you have noticed sales being down, blame it on google as well. They did make a alogrithm change back in Feburary, but the big one is still to come yet. The responsive template's are really different. Im going have to re-do my home page to make it pass the test. Hardly no one knows about the changes.

So given that it's a 3DC template, and a responsive one, what do we do?

Sorry to say but google's right. Your site isn't responsive. If you try to shrink the browser window, your site should change (respond). I looked at your source code and the site doesn't even reference a responsive css file. I'm not sure if the template was ever responsive but it should be referencing something in your template folder or common folder called responsive.css. Also, there might be something going on with the site's width. it looks like the top links are supposed to be on top of the orange block. it's possible that you need to turn off the right side bar with the mailing list sign up and move that elsewhere. I'm not sure. Just a guess.
