Google Web Mater Tools - Time Spent Downloading - Very High

Wanted to know if our site is the only one or if there are others with this problem. In Webmaster tools--> Crawl Stats--> 'Time Spent Downloading' Our site is way up to around 1,200 - 1,300. Our normal range was between 300-500.

Our site has been acting slow, this is proof that I am not crazy (relatively speaking!)

Just wanted to see if we are the only ones out there with issue or if there are others.

My time spent downloading average is 334ms

We had a peak on 4/7/13 of 1435. Yesterday was 339. Our average is 395.

On Fire Fox your site seems to be running pretty quickly from my computer.
