redirect

Hi,
I have approx. 2000 products on our old site which I need to re-direct to our new 3Dcart site. Do you think it's a good idea just to re-direct them to the appropriate categories rather then to the new product URL?

I have been doing them to URL pages. I have 3600 of them and it takes forever. Make sure you do this via CSV file

If your new store has the same domain as your old store you will want to redirect each individual product to its new url. ForcedFabllc is right about using a csv file.

It's been a while, but I think I created the file and uploaded it as soon as we switched over.
