Need setup: Google Analytics product tracking

Can anyone setup the site for dynamic re-marketing, so we can use it on Google Adwords?
Currently on GA you can see the orders placed, and the items in each order. I am not sure if this is associated with a cookie for the customer.
Also, items in the shopping cart are not collected so we can use them for re-marketing.
