Item Error : buySAFE Fee

Using QuickBooks Pro 2009 (just upgraded from version Pro 2008) and downloading my sales using 3dCart Quickbooks but I'm getting 'Item Error'. I know it is the item "buySAFE Fee" because that item is not part of my inventory. How do I go about setting this up to be able to download the orders where my customers opted to get buySAFE security? I tried to add buySAFE Fee as an item and still it gave me 'Item Error'.

By the way, I'm on V3. I don't remember having any problem when I was in v2.2. Don't know if it is my QuickBooks setup or the 3dCart QuickBook app.
