Does Anyone use the Plug-in for Quickbooks?

I have tried using the quickbooks plug-in, and it never seems to work properly. Is there an issue with it? I have tried contacting Support about it, but haven't heard anything back.:(

any help would be appreciated.

I had experienced some problems in the past and 3DC has just recently provided me with a new version with many bug fixes, unfortunately we have not had the ability to test the new version as of yet.

The problems turned out to be a good thing since it forced us to re-think how we were using Quickbooks and we now have a more simple process for getting data into Quickbooks and I don't think we will go back to the way were doing it back at MC with Monsterbooks.
