  • Stone Edge Help Needed!

    For all of you using Stone Edge Order Manager and have been updated to version 3.2, are you able to import your customer credit card information as prior? My fields are completely blank, and support says I have to contact PayPal about it. Well, that is next to impossible--I've yet to EVER have customer support from them.

    Anybody else find a fix for this? I'll post this to the SEOM board as well--need help fast! According to SEOM, it appears that none of these orders have been paid for, and I have no way of processing returns without doing each one manually through PayFlow Pro.
