Google Analytics – Own domain in referral

I have installed Google Analytics per instructions, with revenue tracking. All revenue and orders are showing. However, because the order process leaves the domain and goes to 3dcartstores.com, it’s always picking up the referring URL as our main site.

Google is not bringing in the “true” referring URL. Any thoughts on how to carry that over to 3dCartStores.com?
