I am looking into a third party CRM Application that works with Google Apps.
CapsuleCRM and Insigntly are my top two contenders.
The question I have is how do you deal with order confirmations? I am guessing everytime an order confirmation is sent to me, this would also open a case in the CRM application. The order confirmation is sent to the same e-mail [email protected] domain that is the general customer contact.
