Woopra and "Schema"

I am trying to figure out how to add "visitor data schema" and "action data schema" to my woopra tracking. The instructions are generic and not sure how to apply that to 3Dcart - anyone know how to send information to Woopra like customer name/email (if they are signed in of course)? Or how to create new events (in addition to page view, download, outgoing link) - like account signup, checkout page, etc?

I did try clearing this up through woopra but they were no help - said to ask my IT people (that's me, I'm the whole business) or my shopping cart but I haven't tried a ticket yet but will if no one can help me.

I am not sure I understand what you are asking. Are you trying to figure out where to put the tracking code?

Guess I had a couple of questions - what the variables were for various pages - which I got from 3dcart (3dCart Template Reference Guide) and also syntax to use - but I have it figured out now....
