Amazon Order Import Bug

I had been battling with the Amazon import module not working for the past 2 days -- throwing a 400 Error (Bad Request) -- opened a ticket and it was moved to the Development Team as support couldn't find the problem.

Then I noticed that the first order that was not imported -- the customer had put a long string of instructions in what would be the Address Line 2 field -- I'm guessing that this string exceeded the limit for characters and threw the error -- because I went into the module and changed the date to import orders AFTER the date of that order and it worked just fine.

This is something that 3dCart needs to address but i wanted to throw the info out there in case anyone else ran into the issue.

Birdsafe Thanks for the information, I will add notes regarding this to the ticket to verify this was the cause. Just want to be sure so we can prevent this in the future. Thanks again!

Also please correct order imports from Amazon.ca. It will not import those orders.

Birdsafe Sorry you are having problems with the order import from Amazon.ca. Are you able to open a support ticket with an example order so we can get it to the developers if needed? Thanks!

3dcart-William -- I've been given the answer that 3dCart simply can't import orders at this point from Amazon.ca -- so there isn't an order number I can point to because it doesn't pull them in - you have to enter them manually as if they are a Phone Order.
