I have a complaint.
The newsletter function as part of my 3dcart plan is in function great, but is limited by 10K emails - not contacts - emails. Well I have a 21k subscribers, so this forces me to use and outside server for more money. Meaning MailChimp, Incontact, Aweber..... In addition I use my own email hosting service outside of 3dcart so I am not even using 3dcart bandwidth only the functionality of the Newsletter Marketing features to create and manage the newsletter and contacts. So in essence the Newsletter feature is 100% useless!
I just don't get it why the limitation. It's lame. I am paying for something that I can't use.
