Product Page Shipping Quote Add-on

I was wondering if anyone else has ordered this Add-on and had it installed? i ordered it through 3dCart over a week ago and initially got an email asking me where on the Product Page I wanted it located, and I replied (not sure if they even got it given the recent issues with emails). Since then I have heard nothing. When I asked Support via the Admin Chat, the response is "I'm sorry, but that department has no updates."

I've had this add-on for awhile now.

Email issues? Sent a few emails to our TAM and I haven't heard anything yet... Usually he replies pretty quickly, but its possible he's just busy...I'll give it a couple more days.
