Trying to embed a popup form for certain products where a customers can submit a RFQ for that item. I need the form to capture the page they're on, so we know what item it is. We've tried jotform, but their scripts are messing up the product page. Also tried this 3dcart add-on, but it requires the "not for sale" box to be checked which makes this useless for us.
