Do you have an estimated date for integration with Solid Commerce?

Also, the CRM portion of the software - is it only for registered customers or can we manage customer service for any customer that emails to our support address?

The CRM system is for anyone. Any messages sent by customers using the contact us form are part of the CRM, which is very nice because all of my staff can see the history of the conversation with the customers. We like it a lot.

Any news on them or any future Amazon/Ebay multi-channel integration? What does everyone else do for their multi-channel listing and inventory management?

There are a couple of solutions out there, that unfortunately cost extra. 3dcart is one that comes to mind that has an addon to work with Amazon. I thought 3dcart was working with another vendor also (solid commerce, but I don't see them in the app. store.
