3dcart is looking like a pretty good deal

I just bought the NANO plan for the next month or so while I learn the 3dcart way, as well as set up the new store. Figuring out who to move to after 8 years of my own licensed cart was an eye opener. Lots of reading finally brought me to 3dcart. I've added up what it has cost me over the last 8 years to own my own cart. Not including a private SSL and PCI scanning or my domain name the monthly cost has been 65.00 a month. This includes purchased support, download renewals, upgrades, a variety of server moves, plenty of headaches and custom design work that some how always came back to haunt me after a PCI scan.

So for the past 8 years I've been paying the 3dcart professional rate WITHOUT 50% of the features they offer. And not even close to the pro bandwidth. My monthly bandwidth has been in the 4 to 5 GB range. Just over the Mini and under the Starter package.

I'm sure it will not be all roses all the time, but I'm feeling pretty good right now that moving here is the right choice.

Thanks. That was my thought. 3dc looks like the best choice. Anything else that may be better is beyond my price range as well as my needs.

Well it's been a month now and I've just gone live a few days ago as well as upgraded to the mini plan. Looking back on things I would say it all turned out to be pretty low stress. Most questions I've had some one else has already dealt with so finding info on the web tended to be pretty fast. Some things I just used the chat for. Response time ranged from a few minutes to some times up to 6 hours. The estimated 1 hour they say when ever you start a chat is about right. A few times there help was outdated but when I told them about they were thankful for the update and set about getting the information corrected.

Anyhow it's nice to have support that does not have there hand out expecting either $115.00 for 90 days or $30.00 an issue.
