Wav file possible?

We have a wav file that we would like to be able to have a button or link to turn on or off. Sort of like an audio on or off capability. Ideas?
Also, it needs to "loop".

Hi Mark, there are third party tools to do this. A while ago I found this one http://www.wimpyplayer.com/products/wimpy_mp3.html but I think there are a lot of these tools available.

It does not play wave files by the way but I would not recommend this anyway because of the big file, convert the file to mp3 192 kbps which is good enough for website use.
