  • Confused about td spacing on header

I'm putting rounded corners on my header for the redesign I'm working on.
Can any one explain why I'm getting a 10+px gap between the corner cell and the middle ones? I put a border around the table for a test and its the new cell with the corner that has the extra space. All others are flush to the others, nothing I can see in the styles

If I set the cell width to the pic width it goes away so I have the fix it but its bugging me that it shouldn't be necessary. If you know why please share. If not and like puzzles I'll post the code.

It would help if you posted the code.
