Restaurant store HELP!

As you can see our restaurant stores deliver Mexican food in Chicago Area and I need some help about how to add "gratitude or Tips" on checkout process.
Most of our customers pay using credit card and and they don't have the way to add tips at checkout process. So when the driver delivers the food most customers don't get cash at that moment because they paid with a credit card already online.
How can I add "tips" on checkout? Please help!
Note: drivers wanna kill me!
