Great thanks... I tried checkout-step4receipt.html since it was a receipt but who would have guessed it was the non receipt one.

Do you know what the receipt page is for?

Just a tip: Customers were concerned because comments that they entered on the order were not showing up on this page (order confirmation). You can add [ocomments] to the template if you want the customer to see them.
