The MagicZoomPlus website has very clear directions for customizing your product image manipulation without having to make any changes in the script. There are 70 parameters that can be easily set in the magiczoomplus options script at the top of the listing template, all laid out in a handy-dandy reference chart.
There are also very clear directions for using it for the image switcher if you need more than 4 images. I set it up with an image naming format using the product number, works like a charm.
