New 1 Page Checkout

We have spent some time (and money) in completely redesigning the default one page checkout to something with a fresher look based on a Magento designs.

I don't like the fact that one must scrole up to go to step 3

Seems that the "place order Button" should be dim till step 4 is complete.

Otherwise after step 2 one would try to "place order" adding confusion
