How Did They Do This?

I noticed in this design preview they show "Products" and they also show "Brands" that appear to have their own separate categories. How is that done?

Products are your categories
Brands are your manufacturers

in "store settings" uncheck "hide browse by manufaturer"

[GlowExpress]

You can also use the quick edit bar at the bottom of the screen when logged in. But you do have to manufacturers added before it will show.

Ok cool. I got Brands to display. Now is there a way to add "Carrier" under Brands?
