looking for Button picture codes for 1 pg checkout

Any help would be great, I am looking to change the checkout button on page checkout_one.asp. I found Mondo's list which is a huge asset, but the instructions are forthe three step checkout which do not work for this button. I am also looking for the code to change the go buttons for the shipping calculation and apply promo code.
