Customizing category listing page

Trying to do this

Which is basically a Category page showing all it's Sub-Categories with the Sub-Categories showing their description and the products in them.

Any ideas as how to accomplish this?

You can build you category page manually. Products>Categories>Options Then build the page in the Category Header with html or the WYSIWYG
