Background help, not showing up in IE

My site has a background image in Firefox but wont show up in IE, any suggestions?

You have some css open in you default modified file. Firefox can normally correct this which is why you still see it in FF. IE on the other hand.... Not so bright.

Here is your current CSS for "body"
