Looking for someone to do some code work on my site

I'm looking for someone who can do some coding on my checkout page.

I found a website that has implemented a "copy/paste" box. An address can be pasted into a box then there is a button that, when pressed, enters the address into the appropriate fields in the shipping address info.

This is something I would like to do to my site. Can anyone recommend someone who could do something like this for me?
